The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist performs servicing duties as they relate to the accurate accounting, settlement, administration, and maintenance of mortgage loans in accordance with regulatory and investor guidelines. This position may focus on specified areas of Mortgage Loan Servicing including customer service, escrow administration, new loan boarding and quality control, loan maintenance and/or payment processing. The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist will collaborate with each functional area within Mortgage Loan Servicing to ensure procedures are developed and maintained, resource needs are identified, cross-training efforts are coordinated, and assist leadership with departmental and field communication.

We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.45 to $32.19 per hour (in WA) and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
