Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of mortgage processes and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review mortgage documentation and establish loan files.
• Enter data into the LOS and ensure accurate underwriting readiness.
• Collect and review contracts, tax returns, appraisals, and related documents.
• Index documents in the imaging system and track loan milestones.
• Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and vendors to facilitate timely closings.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
