Responsibilities

• Processes residential mortgage loan applications by gathering required documentation from Mortgage Loan Officers and Borrowers.
• Enters data into the LOS and ensures accurate underwriting determinations.
• Collects and reviews contracts, credit reports, IRS returns, appraisals and title commitments.
• Indexes all received documentation in the imaging system.
• Orders verifications and insurance commitments as required.
• Maintains liaison with loan officers, borrowers, and vendors to complete transactions.
