Requirements

• Self‑Motivated, Entrepreneurial Professionals We want driven individuals capable of building client‑focused businesses.
• Proven Sales and Service Experience Ideal candidates may come from retail sales, hospitality (bartenders, waitstaff, hotel management), or call center backgrounds.
• Recent Graduates and College Athletes Recent college graduates and college athletes are encouraged to apply. Bring your fresh ideas and passion for an entrepreneurial career—no prior mortgage experience is necessary!
• Commitment to Integrity We look for candidates who believe in honesty and clear communication with clients and partners.

Other Requirements

• No prior mortgage experience required.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain NMLS individual loan originator license by passing the SAFE MLO Test.
• Successfully pass a federal background check.
• Willingness to commute daily (M-F) to our Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus offices.
• This is not a remote position.
