U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to manage loans in designated territories. You will conduct preliminary underwriting reviews, secure necessary documents, and engage in loan sales activities.
Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and demonstrate sales ability. The position has a flexible remote working arrangement but requires some onsite presence. Comprehensive benefits are offered for successful candidates.

This role may be designated as U.S. home‑based remote. Candidates who reside near a U.S. Bank location will be expected to work onsite three (3) or more days per week.
Originates mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory, takes applications, conducts preliminary underwriting reviews, and submits loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval. Follows up to ensure that documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner from appropriate sources. Incumbents are customarily and regularly engaged in making and soliciting loan sales and conducting sales‑related activities away from U.S. Bank locations.
This role also requires 2 or more hours of driving per week.
