PRMI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase transactions in Waterbury, CT. This full-time, on-site role offers strong commission potential with in-house processing and underwriting to speed closings.

You should be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with at least 1 year of retail origination, and have or be prepared to build relationships with real estate agents or builders to drive purchase business.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
