PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Ventura, CA. This purchase-focused, full-support role features in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to move files quickly and keep real estate partners busy.

Compensation ranges from $60K–$180K per year in commission, with draws and sign-on bonuses for top producers; relocation support and transitional pay available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA and paid time off.

Mortgage Loan Officer - Purchase-Focused, Full Support

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.
