Job summary

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.

Compensation is commission-based with a $60K–$180K per year range. For loan officers with verifiable production history, draws, sign-on bonuses, and transitional compensation during your move are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS)
• 1+ years of retail origination experience
• Existing relationships with real estate agents or builders or willingness to build them
• Desire to grow purchase business
