Job summary

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a commission-based sales role with a compensation range of $60K–$180K per year, plus potential draws and sign-on bonuses for verifiable production.

You'll work with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to speed closings, build referral partnerships with real estate agents or builders, and grow toward team lead or branch opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Strong relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to build them.
• Interest in purchase business and working with a growth-focused company.
