Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase business. This on-site, full-time role offers a commission-based earnings model with draws and sign-on bonuses.

You will work with in-house processing and closing teams to move files quickly and keep real estate partners satisfied. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail origination, licensed (NMLS), and existing relationships with agents or builders.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with at least 1 year of retail origination.
• Existing relationships with real estate agents or builders preferred.
• Willing to focus on purchase business and grow referrals.

Responsibilities

• Originate purchase loans with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing support.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
