Job summary

PRMI is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Pasadena, TX to close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams. You will build relationships with real estate agents or builders and target purchase business using a full array of conventional and government loans.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive commissions, sign-on opportunities, and full benefits as you grow with a 28-year, multi-billion-dollar lender licensed in 49 states.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Build relationships with real estate agents or builders, or be ready to develop them.
• Aim to grow purchase business with a company that supports you.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents or builders to generate business.
• Offer a broad product set (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo and state housing programs) to win deals.
