PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase transactions with full support. This on-site role in Lubbock, TX requires 1+ years of retail origination and a proven ability to build or deepen relationships with real estate agents and builders.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
