PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Henderson, NV. This on-site role focuses on closing more loans, keeping referral partners happy, and earning competitive commissions for top performers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with referral partners (agents/builders).
• Help clients secure Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo programs and other products.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
