Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer in Fort Smith, AR to focus on purchase transactions with full back-office support. You will close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams moving files quickly.

This role offers a commission-based structure with potential draws, transitional pay during relocation, and sign-on bonuses for proven production. A path to growth within a growing, multi-state lender is available.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
