PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams that move files fast.

This is a purchase-focused, full-time, on-site role in Elgin, IL with competitive commissions, draws during transition, sign-on bonuses and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA and PTO.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or willingness to build them.
• Focus on purchase business and growing it with the company.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
