PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Detroit, MI to focus on purchase loans. This on-site, full-time role offers in-house processing, underwriting, and closing support to help you close more deals.

Expect a strong commission-based compensation plan, with draws, sign-on bonuses, and benefits. Build relationships with real estate agents and builders to grow your network and production.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Established relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to develop them.
• Interest in purchase-focused lending with strong earning potential.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.
