PRMI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer in Des Moines, IA. This is a purchase-focused, full-support role with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to accelerate turn times and close more deals.

The position is on-site in Des Moines, offering a commission-based structure with potential draws, sign-on bonuses, and full benefits. Build relationships with real estate agents and builders while growing your purchase-focused book of business.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
