Job summary

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Concord, CA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on purchase financing and benefits from in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to speed loan approvals.

Compensation is commission-based with potential for draws, signing bonuses, and competitive benefits. You should have a valid MLO license (NMLS) and at least 1 year of retail origination, plus a network with real estate agents or builders or the willingness to develop one.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Established relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to develop them.
• Focus on purchase business and growth of purchase production.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
