Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or you're ready to build them.
• Want purchase business and a company that helps you get it.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to move files fast, keeping real estate agents and builders sending you business.
• Offer a broad product set: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo and programs with access to 40 state housing agencies, backed by a direct seller and servicer to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.
• Provide a clear growth path from loan officer to team lead to your own branch, if that is your goal.
• Operate for a 28-year, multi-billion-dollar lender licensed in 49 states with strong capital markets access and modern origination technology.
