PRMI in Clearwater, FL is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase financing. This on-site role features in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to accelerate closings.

You will collaborate with real estate agents and builders to grow loan volume and enjoy competitive commissions and full benefits. Qualified candidates are licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination and a track record of developing referral networks.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
