PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Carlsbad, CA for a purchase-focused role with full support. This on-site opportunity offers in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to speed deals and maximize production.

Qualifications

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
