PRMI is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Cambridge, MA to close more loans with fast turn times. In-house processing, underwriting and closing teams ensure smooth, rapid funding while you focus on building relationships with real estate agents and builders.

We offer a wide product menu including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo programs, backed by a strong balance sheet and modern origination technology.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Have relationships with real estate agents or builders or be ready to build them.
• Interested in purchase-focused business with support to grow.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to speed up turn times.
• Offer a broad range of products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo) to win more deals.
• Provide growth opportunities with a clear path from loan officer to team lead or branch.
• Leverage access to capital markets and modern origination technology to stay competitive.
