Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer in Aurora, CO for a purchase-focused role with full support from in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams. This on-site position offers a strong commission-based compensation structure and growth potential within a multi-state lender.

Ideal candidates hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) license with 1+ years of retail origination experience and have or can build relationships with real estate agents or builders to drive purchase

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.
