Leadling is actively seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to scale nationally within a fully remote framework. You will work with 300+ lenders across 48 states, controlling pricing and income while retaining independence of business ownership. This role offers a 100% commission structure, revenue share opportunities, scalable technology, and optional paid BDC-supported opportunities, with no income caps and a national footprint to grow your book of business.
