Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience
• Self-sourced producers
• Experience maintaining relationships with realtors and other referral sources
• Holds an active NMLS registration
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your client base across multiple states
• Source and manage loan leads with minimal supervision
• Leverage Leadling to manage pipeline, strengthen Realtor relationships, automate follow-up, and market your business
