Splits negotiated individually, identical whether compensation is lender-paid or borrower-paid, with no required per-file fees. More than 25 approved wholesale investors and 11 product paths. Arive LOS with integrated CRM, pricing engine, and marketing automation. In-house processing. Remote within Florida; no branch office required. Licensed in Florida by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation.

What you bring:
