Leadling is actively recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for a national mortgage platform designed for professionals who want more control, flexibility, and earning potential.

This opportunity is built for Loan Officers who are ready to move beyond the traditional mortgage model and take a more entrepreneurial approach to growing their business. With access to 300+ lending options, competitive pricing flexibility, and the ability to build business across multiple states, Loan Officers have the tools and resources to serve more borrowers and expand their referral network.

You'll have the flexibility to build your business your way, with the support and infrastructure of a national platform behind you. You'll also have access to Leadling, our business-growth platform designed to help Loan Officers manage their pipeline, strengthen Realtor relationships, automate follow-up, market their business, and attract new referral partners.

Ideal Candidates

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan officer
• Self-sourced producers
• Professionals with experience maintaining relationships with realtors and other referral sources
• Holds an active NMLS registration
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus
