Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the mortgage industry preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• NMLS license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans in compliance with the Bank’s Loan Policy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and builders.
• Act as a mortgage loan advisor to determine the best loan product.
• Obtain necessary information for accurate loan application.
• Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the process.
