• Strong sales ability and proven negotiation skills.
• Develop knowledge of mortgage products, lending practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospects identified directly or referred by realtors and other sources.
• Explain mortgage products and recommend solutions based on needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage application process and document requirements.
• Underwrite, process, and close loans following TD policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, underwriters, processors and Realtors throughout the process.
• Attend closings and support customers through the final steps of funding.
