Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to verify applications, explain loan options, and ensure accurate processing of residential mortgage files.

The role requires staying compliant with licensing and funding targets while coordinating with clients and internal teams. The candidate should have 2–5 years of LO experience, possess active state licensing, and be able to meet performance criteria such as funding multiple loans monthly.

Qualifications

• Must hold applicable state mortgage licensing (NMLS or equivalent).
• Two to five years of experience with mortgage origination preferred.
• Must also meet one of the following: actively funding >2 loans/month, Xinnix Training for LO, or mentor-assigned LO meeting 2+ loans/month.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan applications to ensure data completeness and standards are met.
