Responsibilities

• Generate your own business through referrals, partnerships, personal brand or outbound efforts.
• Close loans you start, focusing on converting opportunities into funded loans.
• Be coachable and open to feedback, embracing the built systems and bootcamp sessions.
• Collaborate with a national community of lenders and colleagues; leverage coaching and accountability.
• Work with a real AI edge, including Gemini, GPTs, and Agent AI Masterclass to win partnerships.
