Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join our growing retail team. You will originate residential loans and manage your own pipeline through self-sourced referrals and Realtor partnerships.

You will build relationships with clients and referral sources, consult on financing options, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing. PRMI offers support, resources, and a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Previous mortgage loan origination experience is preferred.
• Must be able to self-source and develop referral-based business.
• Established referral relationships and local market presence are highly valued.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo loan products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs and other sources.
• Build a consistent pipeline through networking, prospecting and local market engagement.
• Consult with borrowers to evaluate financial and credit data to determine financing solutions.

This role is ideal for a self‑driven mortgage professional who excels at building relationships, originating business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home financing process.

As a Loan Officer at PRMI, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own pipeline through self‑sourced referrals, Realtor partnerships, builder relationships, financial advisor connections, and community networking efforts. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship management, and helping clients achieve homeownership goals.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business and referral partnerships
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other referral sources
