You will originate residential mortgage loans through self-sourced business and referral partnerships, while developing and maintaining relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other referral sources. • Active NMLS license required.
• Previous mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Proven ability to self-source and develop referral-based business.
• Established referral relationships and local market presence strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loan products.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

This role is ideal for a self‑driven mortgage professional who excels at building relationships, originating business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home financing process.

As a Loan Officer at PRMI, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own pipeline through self‑sourced referrals, Realtor partnerships, builder relationships, financial advisor connections, and community networking efforts.
