Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join our growing retail team in Phoenix. You will originate and manage your own pipeline through self-sourced referrals, realtor partnerships, builder relationships, and community networking while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will guide clients from application through closing, stay compliant with lending regulations, and leverage CRM tools to grow your business in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Previous mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Proven ability to self-source and develop referral-based business.
• Established referral relationships and local market presence preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of loan products including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a self-driven mortgage professional who excels at building relationships, originating business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home financing process.

As a Loan Officer at PRMI, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own pipeline through self-sourced referrals, Realtor partnerships, builder relationships, financial advisor connections, and community networking efforts. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship management, and helping clients achieve homeownership goals.
