Job summary

LBC Mortgage is seeking a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team, either remotely or in our North Hollywood office. If you excel on the phone and know how to convert leads to loans, we could be a great fit.

We provide leads, access to 90+ lenders, an in-house team to support processing and marketing, plus training on hard money and conventional/Non-QM loans. The role offers nationwide opportunities and a fast-paced, high-closure environment.

Qualifications

• NMLS License is required.
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products.
• Experience with Hard Money is a plus.
• DRE License would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company loan products and services.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and all necessary paperwork.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility.
• Follow up, Follow up, Follow up.

Requirements

• NMLS License required;
