Job summary

Northwoods Credit Union in Cloquet, MN seeks a Director of Mortgage Lending to lead and grow the mortgage lending program, strengthen community relationships, and drive strategic initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; substantial direct experience may satisfy requirement.
• 3–5 years of mortgage lending and underwriting experience required.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and mortgage lending laws required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities
