Job summary

Northern Ohio Field Services (NOFS) is seeking a Mortgage Inspector to join our team in Pomeroy, OH. In this contractor role, you will independently conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.

You will use inspection software, take photos, report findings, and meet set timelines while coordinating with the account manager. A background check is required, as well as US citizenship or a green card, and you must have a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Must pass background check to obtain Aspen Grove number.
• Prefer 6 months in inspections field or 1099 experience.
• Experience with default Mortgage Inspections.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient with technology and able to learn new software/tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to various properties in Pomeroy, OH and surrounding counties.

Job Summary:
NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our growing team in Pomeroy, OH. As a Mortgage Inspector at NOFS, you will be responsible for conducting inspections on residential properties to ensure occupancy status. This is a Contractor Other position and the successful candidate will work independently, without supervision, to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits: We offer a fee for each inspection. This fee varies by location and volume. You can expect to earn between $25 and $35 per hour. As a contractor, you will also have the opportunity to set your own schedule and work autonomously.
