Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations for conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loan programs.
• Familiarity with LOS Encompass is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to self-direct and adapt to changing timelines/deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with customer service orientation.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Strong problem-solving ability.

As a part of the Zillow Home Loans team, you will help reconcile the final version of the Closing Disclosure (CD), including post-funding revisions, to ensure an exact record of the mortgage transaction and compliance with regulations.

About The Team

As a part of the Zillow Home Loans team, you will play an active role in providing best-in-class service to help customers achieve an optimal closing experience. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness in disclosures and support a compliant closing process.

About The Role

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Review and ensure accuracy and data integrity required for the issuance of the Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate.
• Maintain an accurate record of communications and actions related to the disclosing process in the loan file.
• Maintain efficient service levels and adhere to regulatory timelines for completion and dissemination of loan disclosures, tracked in LOS.
• Deliver mortgage loan disclosures in a secure and accurate manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer and employee information.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

This role is remote. Remote employees work from a location of their choice within the United States.

Compensation

Base pay range varies by location and experience. For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC, the range is approximately $19.40 - $29.00 per hour. Actual amounts depend on experience, performance, and location.
