The role emphasizes bilingual Spanish capability as a plus and offers compensation of $23.50 per hour plus monthly incentives, with an additional $1.50 per hour for Spanish bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Banking, mortgage/loan servicing industry experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) skillset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and third-party inquiries about mortgage loans.
• Provide accurate, timely information while following policies and regulations.
• Escalate complex calls to qualified team members when needed.
• Document call details and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Assist with payments when appropriate and maintain customer records.
