Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Mortgage Customer Service Advocate to resolve escalated complaints across channels, including regulators and attorneys. You will document thoroughly and coordinate with internal teams to prevent recurrence.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and 3–5 years in legal or mortgage servicing complaint environments. Pay range is $35.00-$40.00 per hour with an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate across management levels and business areas.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Three to five years in a legal or customer complaint environment plus mortgage servicing experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Research, resolve and respond to complaints received by multiple channels.
• Interface with customers and representatives to determine next steps.
• Track and research complaints and provide timely written responses.
• Engage internal and external resources to support resolution.
• Maintain records and assist with litigation documentation as needed.
