• Proven experience in advisory consulting engagements, with the ability to lead projects and deliver strategic recommendations.

• Experience managing diverse stakeholders across banking or financial institutions, including business, operations, technology, and compliance teams.

• Background in large-scale mortgage servicing platform transformation projects as a senior business consultant or analyst.

• Extensive expertise in process analysis, functional analysis, operational process improvement, and technology transformation, including documentation of process flows, functional capabilities, and requirements.

• Ability to analyze complex information, synthesize insights, and develop and deliver presentations to C-suite stakeholders.

Top Skills

• Deep expertise in Mortgage Servicing is essential.
