Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a remote team serving the Tampa, FL area. The role oversees sales, recruiting, administration, staff supervision, and client networking, while coordinating with operations to manage production and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history.
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360).

Responsibilities

• Stay current on loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to execute company goals and sales.
• Coordinate sales and operations team meetings per objectives.
• Conduct trainings based on industry and updates.
• Track and improve employee performance including daily pipeline review.
• Meet all company sales goals.
• Recruit top mortgage professionals.
• Develop and maintain marketing strategies.
• Nurture strategic client relationships aligned with company objectives.
• Calculate and submit employee commissions and payroll per guidelines.

Branch Managers work strategically with their sales team in collaboration with operations staff; overseeing their branches responsibilities for active production and pipeline management. This position has a $36,000 base salary plus incentive pay.Branch Managers are in charge of all activities at the branch, adhering to company policies and guidelines, and serve as the liaison to all other divisions of the company and executive leadership team. Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Stay current and up to date on all loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with corporate management and executive management team to execute company goals and sales
• Coordinate sales and operations team meetings according to company's objectives and goals

• Calculate, review, and submit employee commission statements and payroll according to accounting and payroll guidelines and deadlines
