Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage loan lifecycle and mortgage data.
• Hands on experience with MISMO standards and data mappings.
• Expertise in dimensional and analytical data modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills for large, complex datasets.
• Proven experience working in Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning).
• Experience supporting analytics and modeling use cases (risk, performance, or credit).
• Strong focus on data quality, governance, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mortgage data across the full loan lifecycle including origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and secondary market.
• Own alignment of enterprise mortgage data to MISMO standards.
• Define and maintain data mappings from various systems to MISMO compliant structures.
• Design and maintain enterprise scale analytical data models in Snowflake.
• Translate complex MISMO XML/JSON structures into relational data models.
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL for large scale mortgage datasets.
• Leverage Snowflake capabilities to support analytics and modeling workloads.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify quality issues and emerging trends.
• Develop mortgage specific metrics for analytics and modeling use cases.
• Support credit risk and performance models by validating data inputs.
• Define data quality controls aligned with MISMO business rules.
• Document data models and SQL logic to support governance.
