Averitt Express in Tennessee seeks a CDL-A Dedicated Local Flatbed Truck Driver. Local routes LaVergne to Morrison with occasional Jasper, AL runs. Home daily, daytime hours, Monday–Friday; 4 a.m. start and long shifts, averaging 55–60 hours weekly.

Flatbed work with training provided; secure steel and tarp loads; 3–4 hour loads and 10–20 loads weekly. Benefits include PTO, holidays, healthcare, rider policy, retirement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must live within a 75-mile radius.
• Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Must have Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No convictions for Reckless driving or DUI in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Load freight up to 80 lbs.
• Unload freight up to 80 lbs.
• Secure load with chains and hardware.
