Morningstar’s Development Program (MDP) offers recent graduates a two-year, rotational track that places you in a cohort with ongoing career development, mentoring, and practicum opportunities. You’ll gain exposure to multiple business areas, build expertise in data and research, and interact with clients as you rotate through two one-year tracks.

Throughout this two-year program, you will be placed in a cohort where you’ll receive ongoing career development, networking, mentoring, training opportunities, practicum program opportunities, and exposure to different areas of the business to help you succeed at Morningstar.
Within our new Rotational MDP track, you will gain exposure to business teams that will immerse you in what it's like to work in different areas by participating in two one-year rotations. Build your skillset and gain experience in areas that help drive Morningstar’s mission! This is ideal for candidates who are open and interested in exploring Morningstar's various business groups.
The base salary for the rotational track associate is $71,667.00. This role will be posted until October 5, 2026.
