Job summary

Right at Home SLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to work weekend morning shifts in the Salt Lake area. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, including companionship, personal hygiene support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation assistance, with reminders for medications.

The role emphasizes reliable, empathetic care for seniors and adults with disabilities, delivering high-quality support while adhering to safety and care standards.

Qualifications

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one in-home care that enhances the quality of life for clients.
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility tasks (peri-care, bathroom/in-bed support, brief changes).
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments.
Provide medication reminders and monitor safety in the home.
Support morning shift operations and communicate updates to the franchise team.
