Job summary

Domino's Franchise in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a reliable Key Turner to open the store each morning. You will perform daily opening procedures, set up the kitchen, and prep the facility for the day before managers take over.

This part-time shift runs about 3–4 hours in the morning (roughly 8:00 AM–11:00 AM or 9:00 AM–12:00 PM) and focuses on readiness, cleanliness, and quick, friendly guest service as the team gets started.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Friendly demeanor and customer-focused.
• Works well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and efficient time management; able to multitask.
• Responds effectively to customer concerns.
• Follows all Team Sharma Two Sisters Pizza policies and works as a team.
• Answers store calls promptly, including after the first ring.
• During downtime, sweeps, mops, cleans, and assists with store cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Store Opening: perform daily opening checklists to ensure the store is ready to serve.
• Setup: prepare the kitchen area, stock stations, and ensure equipment is ready for operations.
• Support: assist with initial prep work and maintain a welcoming, clean store.
• Communication: ensure all store calls are answered promptly.
