Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and thanks customers at checkout.
• Assists Customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintains a safe, clean store by following safety practices and keeping aisles clear.
• Performs cleaning tasks and ensures proper merchandise presentation according to guidelines.
• Performs daily merchandising tasks to keep the store neat, well-maintained and within presentation standards.
