Job summary

Panera Bread is hiring Restaurant Team Members to work Morning Shifts. You will greet guests and provide top-tier service, contributing to a friendly, welcoming bakery-café environment in the Columbus area.

Roles include learning multiple positions (cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich makers, barista) with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling. Panera emphasizes health, safety, and community involvement.

• Our cashiers are the friendly face of Panera. You’re in charge of welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great experience, and sending them off with a smile.
• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
