Job summary

Braum's in Granbury, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in our food service and retail areas. The role emphasizes staff coaching, customer focus, food quality, and safety, with a typical 45-hour week on a 5:30 am–3:00 pm shift.

Minimum 1 year retail/food service experience and a High School Diploma or GED are required. Candidates must be 21+, and the position offers competitive hourly pay of $14.50–$15.00 with benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are followed.
